The school believes that, for students to become citizens with cultural capabilities, junior secondary studies should focus on establishing a broad and solid knowledge foundation, as well as cultivate various basic humanistic qualities through aesthetic education. Junior secondary education takes "creative arts education" as the basis for learning, emphasizing the balance between "knowledge" and "practicality". Junior secondary curriculum consists of the following three domains:
Foundational Academic Knowledge
This includes the main subjects of junior secondary curriculum stipulated by the Education Bureau, which consolidates academic foundation for students;
Daily Life and Practice
Integrate learning related to individuals, society, life and reasoning;
Foundational Skills in Creative Arts
Comprehensive artistic training, and cultivating spiritual and humanistic qualities through culture and arts.
Project-based Learning
To foster generic skills from experiential and practical learning, the school's junior secondary curriculum assigns specific learning hours for various projects aside from regular classes.
